7. Limitation of Liability :- The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Services.

8. Indemnification:- Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for any reason with prior written notice. Upon termination, clients shall pay any outstanding fees and charges owed to the Company.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Amendments:- The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
